Setting up a spread betting account is generally an easy process as the spread betting firms are keen to get you started as quickly as possible-it’s obviously in both your best interest!
Most of the processing is done online, but they do require you to send in proof of documents ie identity, address etc for verification. Just be wary, that this can hold up the process so the quicker you send in these details, the faster the account can be open and you start trading.
